Madie Keller has been awarded a URECA Center Wake Forest Arts & Humanities Research Fellowship for a project titled “The New Conservative Resurgence: The Evolution of Christian Political Messaging and Youth Mobilization in Turning Point USA.” Designed to provide students with the opportunity to participate in intensive scholarship under the mentorship of a Wake Forest University faculty member during the summer months, the Fellowship will enable Madie to develop research skills as a Religious Studies and Sociology double major, as well as advance her standing in the Religion and Public Engagement Concentration. Dr. Michael Grigoni of the Department for the Study of Religions will be serving as her faculty mentor.
