Leann Pace received her Ph.D. from the University of Chicago in 2011. Her research interests include the archaeology and history of the ancient Near East, foodways (both ancient and modern), and the relationship between domestic and mortuary space and practice. She is a senior staff member and the ground stone specialist for the Neubauer Expedition to Zincirli, an archaeological project of the University of Chicago’s Oriental Institute.
